Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026.

Bible Study BC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through biblestudybc.com and how we use it, in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, city or town, preferred study format (in person or online) and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, age group, preferred times, topics of interest and message.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you and to arrange and support your Bible study, for example to match you with a study partner near you or available at your preferred times. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your request is sent by email to our coordinator and shared only with the volunteer study partner arranging your study.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. The Bible reading plan saves your progress in your own browser (local storage) on your device; this data is never sent to us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information only as long as needed to arrange and support your study. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time using our contact form.

Young people

People under 18 should have a parent's or guardian's permission before submitting a form.

Changes
